We Service Samsung Devices
As a Samsung Authorised Service Centre we are able to repair your hand-held device in or out of warranty, depending on the age and condition of your device. Physically damaged and liquid damaged devices are quoted. We are able to replace screens, batteries, charging ports, main boards and more.
All firmware related issues, factory firmware updates, backup/restore (where possible).

We also service Tablets, Gears (Watches) and Pods in and out of warranty. Screen and other hardware repairs or part replacements are possible where applicable to these product ranges.

We perform part replacements to devices in order to resolve the customer reported issue.
Minor board repairs will be carried out where possible
We attempt to repair devices as quickly as possible in order to keep you connected and limit your down time.
Screen replacements are the most common repair. Please note that most current Samsung devices have their battery replaced during a screen repair. The cost of this battery replacement is covered by the manufacturer. Physical repair time is 2 to 3 hours dependant on spares availability.
Liquid damaged devices are assessed and a quote is submitted for the parts that need to be replaced.
We assess devices and communicate the quote to you.
We can send assessment letters for insurance purposes, however, the device has to be brought in for that assessment. Phone-in requests without the device present are not possible.
We bill based on the quote that was submitted and accepted.
A three month warranty is given on the repair carried out.

We do not sell handbags and cheap radios with flashing lights, we also don’t do “glass counter” repairs as disassembling a phone on a glass counter can severely reduce the life span and reliability of your device
Today’s smartphones are extremely complex and include components that operate at very low voltages, making them extremely sensitive to static electricity. Devices should be worked on by experienced personnel in a controlled ESD environment to ensure that its vulnerabilities are taken care of while in a disassembled state.
